QUALITY OBJECTIVES

• Submission of all design within agreed program
• All project contract sum to be within agreed budget
• Satisfactory comment by client on constructability of design
• Maximum of 2 submission to obtain approval of all design drawings by client and relevant statutory and regulatory bodies
• Identify at least 2 improvements per management review
• Recommendation for action resulting from competency gap identified within 2 months
• Maximum of 10 minutes to retrieve active correspondence and drawings
• All test specified in Inspection and Test Plan, to be carried out
