Project Menaiktaraf Jalan Oya-Mukah-Balingian, Sarawak PAKEJ 2 : Menaiktaraf Jalan Dari Persimpangan Kg. Matadeng Ke Balingian

This project form part of the vital link of the coastal road. This road will link Mukah and Balingian towns to promote trade activities around the region.

This professional services provided include supervision (as PDR) of approximately 31 km of road to JKR's Modified R3 Geometric Standard.

Proposed Upgrading of Existing Earth and Gravel Road Linking Pantai Pandan To Kpg. Belungei and Kpg. Pugu, Lundu Kuching Sarawak (11km)

This project covers the followings:

• The construction of access road from Pantai Pandan to Kpg. Pandan to Kpg. Belungei and Kpg. Pugu, Lundu.
• The project involces upgrading approximately 11.7km of the existing earth and gravel road and R1 tar sealed road linking Pantai Pandan to Kpg Belungei and Kpg Pugu.
• The existing road will be improved, widened and upgrade to two (2) lane single carriageway JKR R3 Rural Road standard, having 6m wide sealed carriageway and 2.5m wide shoulder and 0.25m marginal strip on each side as well as constructiion of 1 no. new single span RC brige.
• All site establishment
• All earthwork including any environmental protection and mitigation measures
• Remedy of any defects in te works during Defect Liability Period

Pembinaan Jalan Baru Ke Lapangan Terbang Limbang, Sarawak (Phase 1)

This project form part of the vital link of the Limbang town road. This road will link Limbang Town to the Limbang Airport.

The professional services provided consist of site investigation, design and supervision, submission and obtaining approval from local authorities of approximately 3 Km road to JKR's U5 Geometric Standard Two (2) lanes single carriageway.

Construction and Completion of Proposed Roads in Limbang Town Extension Area (Phase 1), Sarawak

This project form part of the vital link of the Limbang New Township Extension. This road will together with two spur roads pass through future government office sites.

The professional services provided consist of site investigation, design and supervision, submission and obtaining approval from local authorities of approximately 3 Km road to JKR's U5 Geometric Standard Two (2) lanes single carriageway.

Membina Jalan Pasir Pandak/Pasir Panjang, Santubong Bahagian Kuching Sarawak

This project covers the followings:

• The construction of Jalan Pasir Pandak / Pasir Panjang, Santubong to be design of:
• Two lane carriageway complete with 50mm thick asphaltic concrete binder course ACB 28 and 50mm thick asphaltic concrete wearing course ACW 20.
• Construction of new culvert and concrete drain
• Roadline marking and roadside furniture
• All site establishment
• All earthworks including any environmental protection and mitigation measures
• Remedy of any defects in the works during Defect Liability Period

Reconstruction And Upgrading Of The Betong-Kayu Malam Road Pakej B - Dari Simpangan Spaoh Ke Sg. Malupa (23Km)

This project involved upgrading of the existing trunk road joining Betong and Sarikei town by improving its geometry design which include straightening of sharp bend, reducing the gradient of steep road and widening of the existing road.

The professional services provided consist of site investigation, design and supervision, submission and obtaining approval from local authorities of approximately 23 Km road to JKR's Modified R3 Geometric Standard.
